Regardless of the preferred payment method (credit card, check or wire transfer), you can apply by selecting from the above options, submitting a copy of your ID – which is necessary to create your named card – and clicking on ‘add to cart.’ The necessary steps to complete your payment will be detailed at that time, at which point you will also be asked to provide your personal information, which is needed to provide your tax receipt.
By direct withdrawal:
- This may be done in one transaction, monthly, or annually, depending on your preferences, thereby spreading your generosity over a longer period of time.
